Submit A New Hotspot Provider

Easy WiFi supports thousands of hotspot providers but if your favorites aren't yet supported, you can help us add them. It's a little technical, and you'll need a PC or Mac, but you can use this web form to help us. We process submissions on a time-available basis.

Types of Hotspot

There are several different types of hotspot. This form is for captive portal hotspots which have been designed to show a web page to any user before granting network access. The web page normally asks the user to do something, like enter a username and password, or simply press a button to continue. Easy WiFi needs help to understand these types of hotspots and that is what this submission form is all about.

There are other types of hotspots which do not present these captive portal pages, including simple access points which are open or secure, and those which use 802.1x authentication. Do not use this form to add those types of hotspots. You can add these types of networks to "my private networks" in your Easy WiFi Account

Instructions

Follow the basic instructions below, or view more detailed instructions.

1. Record the SSID. This is the network name which you select and connect to when you are using the hotspot.
2. Save all welcome and login pages using your PC browser. Be sure to capture every page required to get you to online access.
3. Submit the info to us via the form below.
